Manufacturing a large variety of crane components and a large and interesting variety sub-contracting milling and turning jobs for a range of blue chip companies across Australia – predominately jobbing and low quantity work.
Eilbeck Machining Centre is equipped with all new (within 7 years) CNC machinery and tooling. This including the largest CNC Okuma Double Column ever sold in Australia (3.5m x 8.2m), a 10m travelling column CNC mill Heidenhain control, a 4m x 1.2m dia Fanuc controlled CNC lathe with live tooling, as well as a range of smaller brand new CNC 5 axis multitasking machines, live tooling CNC lathes, horizontal and vertical machining centres, all inside a new and clean workshop facility,
Eilbeck Heavy Machining Centre is a Growing & Fast Paced Organisation with a Challenging and Rewarding Role.
Eilbeck is seeking to employ a CNC Machinist, to join the team at our Ingleburn Factory.
Duties will include Programming and machining of jobbing work through the use of online and offline programming, maintenance and repair of CNC machines, Conventional machining, use of precision measuring tools and quality control of all works completed
We require the services of an experienced trade qualified machinist for general duties.
A background in large component CNC machining.
A sound knowledge of Heidenhain, Fanuc, Okuma OSP300 controls would be an advantage.
Ability to program your own jobs
Ability to be versatile and operate different machines if required
Must be able to produce trade qualification
Pay: $37.00-$55.00 per hour
The above key skills will be vital to your success in this position, as well as proven experience in managing multiple projects.
Superior trade skills in CNC machining are a necessity.
