Required Head For CNC Process and Programming
Location – Sitapura Industrial Area, Jaipur
Roles and Responsibilities
- Experienced in 10+ CNC, VMC, Sliding Head machine process and Programming
- Should have hands on experience in handling CNC, VMC and Sliding Head machines. Experience in new product development will be most preferred.
- Will be responsible for entire work force Management
- Experience in Precision Machines Components Industry
- BE Mechanical or other similar related degree
- Ensure the production line in progress as per the needs by directly interacting with various internal departments
- Do root cause analysis of any rejection to correct the process and prevent any future rejections
- Should be able to manage New Product Development with optimum cost, quality and process parameters
- Should be able to install and set up new CNC/VMC machines
- Should report daily, weekly production and should be able to present monthly reports to management.
- Should have awareness of calibration activities
