Based in Mumbai, Joolkart is at an exciting early growth stage, and we are looking for a Co-Founder & Marketing Head to lead the charge on brand and customer growth — someone who can invest not just capital, but also creative energy and leadership into building a powerful brand from the ground up.
Your Role
As a Co-Founder & Head of Marketing, you'll spearhead brand strategy, digital marketing, and customer acquisition, while contributing to broader business decisions. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Mumbai, requiring an initial capital investment and a founder-level commitment.
Key Responsibilities✅ Brand Building & Identity
• Define and build Joolkart’s brand voice, story, and visual identity.
• Create compelling communication strategies that connect with Gen Z and millennial audiences.
• Lead content, PR, influencer, and social storytelling initiatives.
✅ Digital Marketing & Growth Strategy
• Plan and execute data-driven marketing campaigns across platforms: Meta, Google, SEO, influencer, email, affiliate.
• Optimize acquisition and retention funnels to improve ROI and reduce CAC.
• Manage marketing budgets and measure performance across channels using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM platforms.
✅ Customer & Market Insights
• Understand fashion jewellery market trends and consumer behavior.
• Identify growth opportunities through data, experimentation, and direct feedback.
✅ Co-Founder Responsibilities
• Contribute capital investment as a core founding partner.
• Drive business strategy in collaboration with product, design, and operations.
• Represent Joolkart at investor meetings, brand events, and strategic partnerships.
Who We’re Looking For
• 5–10 years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, or growth for D2C, fashion, or lifestyle startups.
• Proven ability to scale online brands and drive traffic and conversions using digital tools.
• Solid understanding of fashion/lifestyle consumers in urban India.
• Based in Mumbai and open to working on-site full-time.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ready to invest financially and emotionally in a long-term venture.
