Co-Founder – Head of Sales & Marketing
📍 Location: Pune, India (Hybrid or Remote flexibility)
🚀 Company: Empathia AI Solutions – Early-stage AI startup
Empathia AI Solutions is an early-stage startup based in Pune, India, focused on building AI-powered enterprise solutions that drive empathetic, intelligent customer experiences. We are in process of launching our first AI solution AIVA, which is an AI powered interview and mentoring platform for both enterprises and individuals. We’re now looking for a co-founder to join us and lead Sales & Marketing – someone who’s hungry to build, sell, and scale.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a Co-Founder & Head of Sales/Marketing who:
• Has a proven track record of selling enterprise software products or services (5–10 years’ experience preferred).
• Is hands-on with lead generation techniques including digital marketing, inside sales, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and more.
• Can confidently pitch to CXO-level executives and build trusted, long-term client relationships.
• Understands the full B2B sales cycle – from prospecting to proposal to closing.
• Can build and lead a sales pipeline from zero, adapt quickly, and operate in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Has an entrepreneurial mindset with a “get things done” attitude and ownership mentality.
• Bonus: Experience with AI/ML-based products, SaaS, or consulting-led tech sales.
🧩 What You’ll Be Doing
• Co-create the go-to-market strategy and revenue model with the founding team.
• Drive end-to-end sales and marketing operations (content, outreach, conversion).
• Build and nurture a high-value sales funnel from scratch.
• Own revenue targets and work with the product team to shape offerings as per market demand.
• Represent Empathia AI in client meetings, demo pitches, conferences, and partner channels.
• Help define the brand, customer journey, and sales processes from Day 1.
