Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Coaches at Sportify LLP, located in Mumbai. Responsibilities include designing and delivering effective training sessions, developing tailored coaching plans, monitoring individual and group progress, and motivating participants to achieve their goals. Coaches will also foster a positive and inclusive environment, ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in specific sports techniques, rules, and game strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with participants and provide constructive feedback
• Leadership and motivational skills to inspire and guide individuals and teams
• Ability to evaluate and customize training plans based on the needs of participants
• Certifications in coaching or sports-related fields are preferred
• First aid or CPR certification is an asset
• Experience in coaching diverse age groups is beneficial
