Job Description

We are recruiting a Project Manager to work on a 12 month fixed contract in the banking Industry. This role is hybrid and need to be within commuting distance of Belfast, Bristol or Manchester. The role is working Monday to Friday with an annual salary of £50,000.

As the Project Manager you will plan, create and deliver the Collections & Recoveries Programme. You`ll get the chance to work with a team of hardworking IT and Business programme and SME resources who`ll work together to deliver business outcomes through this transformational programme.
You`ll have responsibility for handling budget, reporting, programme dependencies and interlocks plus supplier engagement.

• Strong knowledge and experience of change programmes delivering best practices across Consumer Finance including retail banking, secured lending, and small and medium enterprise businesses
• Proficient in project management principles and tools
• Outcome and results focused with a consistent track record of execution
• Strong understanding of regulatory landscape, requirements, and PRA and FCA expectations of a UK bank
• Lead as a subject matter authority of collections and recoveries to enhance and strengthen the control/risk environment
• Exceptional leadership and organisational skills
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret data to inform key decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to present to senior partners

Due to the nature of this role we are ideally looking for someone that has worked in a banking background.
