Collections Registry Officer - Ellerslie
This role is based out of our Contact Centre in Ellerslie. After a period of up to 6 months, you may be elegible for hybrid work-from-home options.

As a Collections Registry Officer, you will be helping customers to resolve their fines and other civil matters through professional and efficient communication. You will help them with their questions and assist them to get what they need, when they need it. We care about delivering people centred services to our customers and help to provide access to justice for all.

Utu ā-tau/Salary
The remuneration band for this role is $60,729 to $80,794 – while the appointing salary will be based on skills and experience, we are willing to pay higher in the band to attract strong candidates into this role.
