In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through the acquisition of new business . You will leverage your expertise in construction, outside sales, negotiation, and business development to build strong relationships with clients and deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.
Responsibilities
As part of a team environment , develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and increase market share.
Identify and target potential clients through, networking, and outreach efforts.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings effectively.
Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Manage existing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support to foster long-term relationships.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
Utilize CRM for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and analyzing performance metrics.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Skills
Proven experience in outside sales with a strong track record of achieving targets in construction
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
Strong business development acumen with a focus on B2B sales strategies.
Experience in account management, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Familiarity with marketing principles and techniques relevant to technology sales.
Proficient analytical skills for assessing market trends and customer needs.
