2. Receiving respective documents from operation department and Analyzing the data’s for invoice
processing.
3. Coordinating with order processor, operation team and accounts and ensure accurate invoice will be
submitted to customer within the specified time frame.
4. Allotting invoice no in (tally) first. Then will make a track in excel (Tracker).
5. Tally sales entries to be done.
6. Direct Invoice submission to customer by mail and via web portal and providing clarification as and
when required.
7. Verification of Tax percentages and HSN/SAC Codes for our GST purpose.
8. Tracking of order no. to invoice submission and maintaining documents as per our Job order no.
+. Client’s complaint data handling and reconciliation.
10. Follow-up with customers for payment on daily, weekly and monthly basis (Depends upon due
dates).
11. Handling sales Data as per customer wise/job wise.
12. Maintaining customer payment outstanding as per client name with related PO numbers.
13. Maintaining the entire invoice, Client orders (PDF) documents as per month wise.
