We launched our first food products in 2016 and have since launched a wide range of products across different categories. We work with all the major grocers and OOH retailers across the UK. We also have a growing international business in the US and Europe.

We have around 60 team members across two sites. Our Head Office is based in the heart of central London, on Tottenham Court Road, and this is where our Leadership Team work, alongside our Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing and People teams. Our factory site near Milton Keynes produces some of our best-loved products like our granola, energy balls, caramel cups, nut butter bites and dipped nuts.
What are we looking for?
We’re looking for a Commercial Executive (Shopper Marketing & Field Sales) to grow our grocery accounts by ensuring good compliance in store using field sales, and by growing our online presence. The role will assist the grocery team on commercial account admin (mainly Waitrose), and will also be responsible for stakeholder management between Commercial and Marketing, helping manage and deliver our shopper marketing budget.
Purpose of the role
• Manage and implement Citrus Online budget
• Manage and implement Field Sales budget
• Work with Grocery & marketing team on launch support plans and in-store activation.
• Help with Account Admin (promo forms, buyer samples, store visits)
• Weekly promo tracking
• Account management of Booths grocery account
Your team
You’ll report to Ella Oates, Senior NAM, and be working with Ella Mitchell, NAM, and our wider commercial and marketing teams.
What you will bring (skills and experience)
• You are highly organised and structured, with the ability to manage your time and tasks efficiently
• You are confident when it comes to managing multiple stakeholders inside and outside the organisation
• An excellent communicator, you can set expectations clearly and build relationships enabling you to deliver your goals
• You have strong excel knowledge
• You have managed a budget before
• You can build a strategy for Field Sales and Shopper Marketing
• Ideally you have some experience of forecasting and managing small customer accounts
