Dear Candidate,
we are looking " Commercial - Accounts Executive. Location - mukerjee Road,marlin links Kolkatta.
Education B. Com, M. Com, CA/ICWA (Inter)
Experience Minimum 5-7 years’ experience
1 Efficient in GST, Income Tax, TDS & TCS deposit & e-filling (monthly/ quarterly /yearly). Finalization of payroll & e-Filing of P.F., E.S.I.C and P. Tax. Good knowledge of statutory dues calculation & payment in pending cases. Co-ordination with Internal & External in Statutory Cases, export & MSME Returns.
2. Maintaining books of accounts as per relevant standards & rules of IT & Company’s Act. Knowledge in preparation of financial statements and experience in handling audits (IT & GST). Month-end closing including general ledger accounting. Co-ordinating with Auditors and consultants for completion of booking of taxation, export billing, banking operation and submission of documents before & after export/LC Sale. Input to FM.
3. Proper scrutinizing of Bills (turnover & costs), booking, accounting in software and filling.
4. Entering sales orders, purchasing orders in the accounting software. Maintaining stock & assets. Preparation, finalization & renewals of various commercial contracts.
5.Coordination with site for billing and cost booking. Closing of Accounting (Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly). Banking activities. Payment following up. Preparation of accounts for Audit. Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly GST & Statutory returns. Coordinating with HR.
6. Coordinating with BO & Logistics team for the deliveries to enter Sell Invoices
7.Coordinating with BO & Logistics for the Purchase invoices to enter
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹200,000.00 - ₹325,000.00 per year
