Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of referral requests, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Educate clients on the benefits and features of various financial solutions, ensuring transparency and understanding throughout the process.
Track referral progress using dedicated CRM systems, updating records diligently to ensure seamless follow-up and reporting.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of current market trends and financial products to provide expert advice and support.
Follow all compliance protocols and company policies to uphold integrity and confidentiality in every client interaction.
Experience
Proven experience working with commercial finance with vendors and endusers, demonstrating proficiency in data entry, analysis, and reporting.
Strong background in customer service or client-facing roles within the finance or banking sectors.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and confidently.
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a remote work environment.
Knowledge of commercial finance products such as loans, leasing options, or credit solutions is highly desirable.
