We are looking for a seasoned Commercial Law Advisor to provide expert advice on commercial law matters. As a Commercial Law Advisor, you will be responsible for researching and drafting legal documents, coordinating with clients, and representing them in court.
Responsibilities:
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as notices, plaints, and petitions.
• Coordinating with clients and junior lawyers to ensure effective case management.
• Representing clients in District Courts, Commercial Courts, and Arbitration Tribunals.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years practicing lawyer experience.
• Knowledge/expertise in IBC or CPC is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
