Commercial Property Lawyer – 10+ Years PQE
Location: Birmingham
Salary: Negotiable (£80,000 £85,000 guaranteed first year)

The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a seasoned commercial property specialist to take on a pivotal role within the firm. The work will be varied and include:
• ✔ Lease renewals
• ✔ Landlord & Tenant matters
• ✔ Asset sales & purchases
• ✔ Commercial property sales & purchases
• ✔ Development work
This is an office-based role with some flexibility, making it ideal for someone local who wants to minimise travel burdens and integrate seamlessly into the team.
