The Company One +7 is seeking a Commercial Lawyer to join its e-commerce and fintech division. As a key member of the legal contracts team, you will ensure effective management of legal and contractual matters, including identification and mitigation of legal risks for the organization.
Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and finalizing documents from a legal perspective, resolving contractual issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements/needs, and proposing solutions.
We are looking for an individual with 12+ years of experience in end-to-end contract management having experience in a law firm or in-house legal team (preferably a fintech or an e-commerce startup). Strong legal acumen, good interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic growth-mode environment, proficiency with MS Word/MS Office are required.
