Our client a world leading professional services firm is looking to add a commercial solicitor to it's team in Belfast.
The role will involve negotiating vendor contracts on a global basis and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, negotiating and drafting procurement contracts, and managing legal risks associated with procurement activities across their global operations.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years PQE commercial experience at a reputable firm or similar in-house role.
