Job Description
Support the firm's commercial contracts team, drafting, reviewing, and managing a broad array of contracts and agreements across international jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including service agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, and other commercial arrangements.
Conduct legal research on contract law and other relevant areas, staying informed of regulatory changes.
Support lawyers in contract documentation, ensuring compliance with risk management protocols and regulatory requirements.
Liaise with internal teams to facilitate contract management and ensure seamless coordination.
Maintain and update the firm's repository of standard contract templates, clauses, and legal precedents.
Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for new and existing contracts, identifying potential risks.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in commercial contracts or a similar role, preferably within a law firm or corporate in-house legal team.
Strong knowledge of commercial contract law, with the ability to conduct detailed reviews and flag key legal and compliance issues.
Proficient in using contract management software and MS Office Suite.
