Role Summary:
The Real Estate Transaction Specialist will be responsible for negotiating and drafting complex real estate agreements, including leases, subleases, licenses, and purchase agreements. The successful candidate will also represent the company on all commercial real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, they will work closely with internal teams to handle post-lease execution issues and Landlord/Tenant relationships.
Responsibilities:
Negotiate and draft complex real estate agreements, including leases, subleases, licenses, and purchase agreements.
Represent the company on all commercial real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Draft and review ancillary real estate documents, such as amendments, assignments, and easements.
Work closely with internal teams to handle post-lease execution issues and Landlord/Tenant relationships.
Requirements:
Member in good standing with the California or Texas bar.
7+ years of experience handling sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.
Flexible and organized, with excellent communication and analytical skills.
