Role - Commercial Property Solicitor
Financials - Between £45,000 to £60,000 DOE
Experience Required - Minimum 3 Yrs + PQE
Location - Preston
Upon starting your new role, you will receive a one-time payment of £1000 within 14 days of your employment commencement.
Key Responsibilities
• Overseeing a diverse portfolio of commercial property cases, encompassing investment, development, and various transactions.
• Playing a vital role in nurturing and maintaining client relationships.
• Working together with colleagues to ensure high service standards are met consistently.
• Actively participating in business development efforts to promote growth.
• Keeping up-to-date on property law and regulations to ensure compliance and proficiency in legal practice.
Key Requirements
• Extensive experience in commercial property management.
• Proficient in negotiation techniques.
• Able to independently handle a caseload with minimal oversight.
The successful candidate for the specified position shall be entitled to receive a one-time payment of £1000 as a signing bonus, funded solely by NPA Recruit LTD. This payment shall be disbursed to the candidate within 14 days from the date of their commencement of new employment, subject to the agreed upon terms and conditions.
