Commercial Property Solicitor – Norwich – 3 year+ PQE
Location: Norwich
Firm: Top 150 Multi office regional firm
Experience: 3+ PQE

Job Overview:
An amazing opportunity has opened for a 3 year+ PQE Solicitor to join an established high quality Commercial Property team in Norwich. This role is perfect for a skilled commercial property solicitor with a passion to progress in a commercial property team with high quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Represent a range of high value clients on all aspects of property law.
• Manage a caseload of files including commercial leases/occupiers, landlord and tenants, freehold and lease hold acquisitions and disposals, grants of easement and property finance.
• Provide advice and assistance to clients, ensuring exceptional service while meeting their objectives within professional and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively within a team and manage client relationships successfully.
• Oversee all aspects of client relationships, from initial engagement to billing and payment follow-up.
• Prepare and review legal documents in advance of court hearings.
Skills and Experience:
• Extensive experience in commercial property, including complex aspects.
• Able to handle straightforward transactions and unfamiliar tasks with problem-solving skills.
• Exercises sound judgment but may require supervision on more complex matters.
• IT literate with a willingness to embrace system improvements for efficiency.
• Proven experience in building relationships with new and existing clients and professionals.
