Role Description
This is a contract-based Commission Sales Associate role with a hybrid work format. The role is based in Chicago, IL, allowing for a combination of in-office presence and remote work. Responsibilities include generating leads, building strong client relationships, presenting and promoting products or services, negotiating deals, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Associate will also maintain accurate records of sales activities and contribute to customer satisfaction by providing support and addressing inquiries.
Qualifications
• Proven skills in Sales, Lead Generation, and Negotiation
• Excellent Communication, Client Relationship Management, and Interpersonal skills
• Organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and track sales progress
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools is a plus
• Previous sales experience, particularly in a commission-based role, is highly valued
