Job Description
We're seeking a detail-oriented lawyer with exceptional communication and drafting skills to join our growing Commonwealth Government practice. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' post-admission experience and experience in statutory interpretation, administrative law, merits review in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, and dealing with Commonwealth statutory schemes.
In this role, you will provide advice on administrative decisions, reviews in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, and various public law issues for a range of Commonwealth Government agencies. You will also have the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging matters, contributing to the delivery of top-quality legal services.
