True Synergy is seeking a dynamic and experienced Communications Officer to lead the development and growth of an industry-focussed, communications program for one of their leading Client’s. This position will be pivotal in transforming the Client’s communications into a full-fledged publication, providing valuable industry insights, and fostering engagement within the sector. This role offers the potential for growth as the publication evolves.



Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
Working alongside the Client Marketing & Events Manager, develop and grow an industry communications program to create a strong sense of brand identity
Develop and write content across a range of communication and social media platforms
Source and curate content from industry experts, alliance partners, members, and internal staff – by maintaining and building relationships with such key stakeholders
Implement strategies to foster interaction and engagement with the audience
Design engaging, visually appealing, and mobile-friendly email and newsletter templates
Track and analyse key performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates
Regularly update database segments and refine content strategies based on engagement data and feedback
Manage pilot programs for sponsored EDMs, analyse audience reactions, and make necessary adjustments.
