Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager who can produce high-quality posts, reels, short videos , and build app awareness across all major social media platforms. Your goal: increase engagement, build a strong audience, and drive app downloads.
Key Responsibilities
• Create and publish engaging daily posts, reels, videos, and stories for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X.
• Plan and execute social media strategies focused on brand growth & app installs.
• Build awareness for our apps through creative campaigns.
• Edit videos & reels using trending formats, viral hooks, and storytelling.
• Research trending topics, audio, challenges, and content styles .
• Write engaging captions, scripts, and social copy.
• Monitor content performance and optimize based on analytics.
• Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to align messaging.
• Manage community engagement: replies, DMs, comments, and user queries.
• Track competitor content and industry trends to stay ahead.
Required Skills
• Strong understanding of social media trends & algorithms.
• Ability to create reels and short-form videos independently.
• Basic to intermediate skills in video editing (CapCut, VN, Premiere, etc.).
• Strong design sense (Canva, Figma, Adobe tools preferred).
• Excellent communication & storytelling skills.
• Creativity + consistency = your superpowers.
• Knowledge of mobile apps, user behaviour, and content that converts to installs is a bonus.
• What You Will Achieve
• Build large, engaged communities for our apps.
• Convert awareness into real app downloads .
• Lead creative campaigns that grow our brand visibility.
