Responsibilities:
Elwyn is currently seeking a Community Liaison for our Adult & Children’s Behavioral Health Programs in Southeastern PA. This individual is primarily responsible for the execution of the marketing plan for Elwyn’s outpatient and residential service lines that result in an excess of budgeted admissions and activities that support Elwyn's strategic plan.


Must live in commutable distance to Media, Pennsylvania


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


Execution of Marketing Plan for Elwyn’s Behavioral Health Service Line for adult and children services to ensure the continuous growth of admissions and expansion of services provided to each of the service areas.
Utilizes reporting tools to track and report performance metrics, competitive analyses, admissions growth, and market research.
Identifies trends, both positive and negative, that impact marketing and admissions and shares this feedback along with recommended solutions to the leaders within impacted programs to ensure continuous growth of service offerings and sustainability in all program areas.
In consultation with Elwyn’s Marketing Communication team, serves as a steward and key promoter of the organizationally approved Elwyn brand to ensure consistency in message delivery of print and web collateral.
Develops and maintains solid working and fruitful relationships with community members, agencies, and others who can support the strategic objections and marketing and admission plan of Elwyn through activities including but not limited to face-to-face meetings, committee memberships, and relationship building within higher levels of referring organizations to encourage the use of Elwyn programs as appropriate.
Maintains membership in community organizations, committees, advocacy groups and regularly attends meetings to establish Elwyn's presence in the community.
Attend community events and conferences, both locally and across the region, to increase Elwyn's presence and to position Elwyn as an industry leader.
Develop a referral source database, along with community contacts, to assist with marketing and admissions to the programs.
Works with each service line admission's team to ensure they align with the community need and have relationships with referral sources to ensure smooth transition to admission.
Develops and maintains positive relationships and nurtures confidence of funding agencies and with others who provide material support to Elwyn's mission to instill confidence and to ensure growth and expansion of overall provision of services.
Demonstrates the Corporate Core Values and Mission and Culture in daily work.
Monitors changes in competitive practices, rules, regulations, and laws.
Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:


Bachelor's in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields; in lieu of undergraduate degree, equivalent years of directly related experience may be considered in addition to required experience below.
Two (2) years' experience in behavioral health marketing. Experience in external marketing preferred.
Experience in Behavioral Health field with an established book of business a plus.
Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation. Daily travel expectations within Southeastern PA.
Experience with clinical service program operation and service delivery knowledge to those with behavioral health and intellectual disabilities.
Experience in not-for-profit business.
Affiliations with service and industry associations.
Must possess a current, valid driver's license in state of residence, have a minimum of two (2) years of driving experience within the United States, and have an acceptable driving record.
