We are building an international HR community dedicated to empowering HR professionals and entrepreneurs. We aim to build a thriving, interactive space where members can connect, learn, and share valuable insights. We are looking for a dynamic Community Manager to help us build, grow and engage our community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and Manage Community: Drive engagement, growth, and participation across our online platforms (, website, etc.).
• Content Creation & Curation: Develop and curate engaging content, including posts, newsletters, and discussion prompts, to stimulate interaction.
• Facilitate Member Onboarding: Welcome new members, ensure they understand the community's benefits, and guide them on how to engage effectively.
• Engage & Support Members: Encourage member contributions, respond to inquiries, and moderate discussions to ensure a positive environment.
• Organise Virtual Events: Coordinate webinars, live Q&A sessions, and community challenges to drive engagement and learning.
• Gather Feedback: Regularly collect member feedback to improve community offerings and identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with HR industry trends is a plus.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Passion for building communities and fostering engagement.
