The Role:
As an intern at Workville, you’ll have the chance to work closely with our executive team, gaining hands-on experience in a variety of fields including sales, marketing, customer service, brand development, hospitality, tech, and real estate. You’ll be part of a fast-paced team environment, with the opportunity to refine your skills and develop the professional polish needed to succeed in any industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Front Desk Management: Welcome guests, direct sales leads, resolve member inquiries, network with members, and handle mail delivery. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, and marketing.
• Executive Team Assistance: Help with database management, research, and creating PowerPoint presentations.
• Content Creation: Assist with creating and/or researching social media content and website updates.
Internship:
• Non-Paid Internship
• Flexible involvement in projects based on your areas of interest
• Course credit available for students
Requirements:
• High School Diploma
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus
