Brand safety is known for its keen eye to detail and ability to solve any problem. The team deals with all safety related issues encountered on our platform. Hence the members are also known as 'supercops' for their ability to investigate and find the truth.
A day in the life of a supercop
• Investigate: As a BS member you will dig deep into all problems before determining the first order problem. You might sometimes have to look for more than what meets the eyes (or ears).
• Problem solver: Every safety case reported to the channel should be handled with utmost dedication
• Reconcile: You will be responsible for bringing together multiple pieces of information to form a bigger picture. You will help other team members make a sound decision using your skills to piece together the puzzle.
• Stakeholder management: You will be responsible for liaising with other team members from city teams/central teams, merchant teams and engineering team to ensure the right actions are taken. You will be the single point of contact for all issues handled by you during your tenure at BS.
• RCA: As a supercop you will conduct regular root cause analysis on the issues handled by you. You will be responsible for finding the root problem and solving for it.
What you need to have
• Minimum six months of experience in current role at Dunzo.
• A keen eye to detail, when you're investigating every detail matters.
• Problem solving ability. Especially when the parties involved are not as cooperative.
• An attitude to find the root cause of every problem and to have ownership until the problem is resolved, and an expert in writing mails and RCAs.
• Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to empathize based on the issue reported.
• Basic language skills in either two of the following: Hindi, Tamil, Telugu or Kannada.
• Ability to handle multiple tools example Fresh Chat, Fresh desk and JIRA
