The Role
As a Community Programs Officer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering engaging youth programs and workforce development initiatives that build confidence, capability and pathways to employment.
You’ll work directly with community, local schools, community organisations and industry partners to create meaningful learning and employment opportunities.
Key responsibilites
Designing and delivering innovative youth programs, workshops and events
Developing workforce readiness and skill development programs for the whole community.
Building strong partnerships with schools, employers and community stakeholders
Supporting young people to develop confidence, leadership skills and career pathways
Coordinating program logistics, reporting outcomes and evaluating impact
Skill & Competencies
Experience delivering and/or implementing community, youth or workforce development programs
Strong communication and engagement skills including experience using social media
Ability to engage and inspire people from diverse backgrounds
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
