This role involves working independently and as part of a team to provide education and information to clients, the local community, and other local services. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to deliver group work to a diverse range of people.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients and provide support to those at risk of or experiencing domestic violence and homelessness
Develop and implement programs to address key barriers facing people with complex needs
Collaborate with local services to ensure comprehensive support for clients
Deliver group work and educational programs to diverse audiences
Requirements
Certificate IV (or above) in a Human Services related field
Relevant experience in Homelessness, Domestic/Family Violence or similar positions
Current Australian Drivers Licence
Strong understanding of key barriers facing people with complex needs
