Job Description
This position has pivotal role to play by leading and managing employee wellness programs both preventive and reactive for DIAL and other GMR businesses at Delhi. The role also requires extensive involvement in all medical related issues of DIAL eco system along with providing health care delivery system for CISF.

Delivery of Health care to CISF personnel and approval of CISF bills post due diligence.
Supervising functioning of empaneling new hospitals as per Govt. guidelines and requirement of CISF personnel.
To drive employee wellness program as per requirement assessed.
OPD and emergency health care to all employees at Delhi.
Medical examinations for all DIAL staff required under regulatory provisions.
Maintenance and Up keep of medical facilities.
Timely processing and negative response
Zero escalations
