Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India for a Company Secretary at Saxena and Saxena Law Chambers. As a Company Secretary, you will be responsible for handling the assignment related to Corporate Restructuring including Merger & Acquisitions, Reduction of Share Capital, Voluntary Liquidation, Corporate Governance and legal compliance for various public and private companies & other secretarial matters. Your day-to-day tasks will include preparing board meeting agendas, taking minutes of meetings, filing legal documents, maintaining statutory records, and ensuring compliance with company law and regulations.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Law or Business Administration
• Fresher Company Secretary
• Excellent knowledge of company law and corporate governance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal software
• Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g., ICSI) is preferred
• Fluency in English and Hindi
