Job Description
Job location: Kurla, Mumbai
Experience: 3-7 years of experience in statutory compliance.
Working days: 5 days, +am to 6pm. Full time from office.
• Handing Pan India Labour Law compliances
• PF, IW, LWF and PT return is done within due dates.
• Filing monthly, Quarterly and annual returns under various act like S&E act, CLRA, Bonus, Maternity, Employment Exchange, POSH, ESIC
• Maintaining monthly registers
• Preparing and submitting forms under Gratuity like Form A, B and form L.
• Keeping track on S&E RC and CLRA RC validity, renewals and amendments.
• Support periodic audits.
• Maintaining MIS, coordination
Qualifications
Education:
Graduate in any Feild, Postgraduate will be preffered.
