Teleios Recruitment is seeking an experienced Compounds Operative to join their client, a leading supplier of extruded and fabricated plastic products.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the mixing and compounding workload is met and run to plan in a timely, efficient and safe manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring the effective operation of the compounds area, including the safe use of equipment and adherence to company policies and health and safety requirements.
Assuming responsibility for the running of the shift and overseeing the compounds planned work schedule in the absence of the senior operator.
Ensuring all raw materials are manufactured in-line with required quality and colour checks, including accurate completion of run sheets and production documentation.
