Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Compounding Extruder Operator located in Delhi, India. The Compounding Extruder Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating compounding extruders. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring and controlling production processes, adjusting machine settings, ensuring adherence to production specifications, conducting quality checks, and maintaining a safe and clean workspace. The role also involves troubleshooting issues and performing routine maintenance on equipment to ensure efficiency in operations.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining compounding and extrusion machinery.
• In-depth understanding of plastics, polymers, or materials used in the compounding process.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills related to machinery and production issues.
• Ability to read and understand technical documents, production specifications, and operating manuals.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
