Responsibilities
Analyze existing computer systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency
Collaborate with users to gather requirements and document system specifications
Design and implement new systems or modify existing ones to meet evolving business needs
Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to justify system changes and upgrades
Provide support and training to users for improved system utilization
Work with IT teams to ensure compatibility of systems and integration of new technologies
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend best practices
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or in a similar analytical role
Strong understanding of computer systems, software applications, and network configurations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in data analysis, modeling, and documentation tools
Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with users and technical teams
Knowledge of programming languages and database management is a plus
