At Westfield Booragoon, we’re looking for a Concierge Attendant to join our team and help create positive, memorable experiences for our customers every day.
As the friendly face of our centre, you’ll play an important role in delivering personalised service, supporting customer enquiries, and ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for:
Delivering exceptional service to customers and retailers.
Processing sales of Westfield Gift Cards and other available services.
Welcoming customers at the Concierge desk, engaging with them to understand their needs.
Providing clear directions and recommendations to help customers navigate the centre.
Managing administrative tasks such as lost property and online enquiries.
This role is a permanent part-time position working across a 2-week rotating roster, including weekdays, late trade and some weekends. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering great service, and thrives in a busy, customer-focused environment.

Previous experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality or guest services) is highly regarded.
Flexible availability to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
