Administrador(a) de Agencias

📍 La Paz | Modalidad: Presencial

Objetivo del puesto

Garantizar la operación eficiente y rentable de las agencias bajo su supervisión, asegurando una adecuada gestión de recursos, el control de inventarios y la excelencia en la atención al cliente, contribuyendo al crecimiento sostenible de la empresa.

Funciones principales
• Supervisar la operación diaria de las agencias, asegurando el cumplimiento de normas y políticas internas.
• Coordinar y liderar al equipo de trabajo (cajeros y reponedores), garantizando eficiencia operativa.
• Controlar inventarios, realizar pedidos y asegurar niveles óptimos de stock.
• Ejecutar auditorías periódicas de inventario para prevenir pérdidas e inconsistencias.
• Garantizar el cumplimiento de normas de seguridad alimentaria y control de calidad.
• Resolver quejas o reclamos de clientes de manera oportuna, fortaleciendo la experiencia del cliente.
• Supervisar el manejo de caja y sistemas de gestión, asegurando precisión en las operaciones.
• Controlar la correcta recepción de pedidos, verificando calidad y cantidad.
• Supervisar el orden, limpieza y correcta presentación de la sala.
• Gestionar la apertura y cierre de la agencia bajo procedimientos establecidos.
• Realizar depósitos de ventas diarias dentro de los plazos definidos.

Perfil Requerido
• Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Comercial o ramas afines (deseable).
• Experiencia mínima de 3 años en atención al cliente y ventas en retail o supermercados.
• Experiencia mínima de 1 año liderando equipos o como supervisor de sala.
• Manejo avanzado de Excel.
• Conocimiento en control de inventarios, reposición y gestión de stock.
• Manejo de sistemas de caja o software de gestión (deseable).
• Conocimiento en análisis de ventas e indicadores KPI.
• Conocimiento en normas de seguridad alimentaria.

Condiciones

• Salario: Acorde al mercado.
