Notre Conseiller/ères aux Ventes hybride à un devoir d'être ponctuel et prêt à recevoir les demandes des clients. Le but est de bien comprendre les besoins du client, pour leur conseiller la meilleure option d’achat. Voici quelques tâches effectuées par les Conseillers/ères:

Traiter et assurer le suivi des leads entrants de manière rapide et structurée afin de maximiser le taux de conversion
Gérer activement un pipeline de ventes et assurer des suivis rigoureux pour conclure les opportunités
Identifier les besoins des clients et proposer des solutions adaptées
Optimiser chaque opportunité en maximisant la valeur de chaque transaction
Assurer une excellente expérience client tout en gardant une approche orientée résultats
Se tenir informé des produits, promotions et stratégies de vente afin de rester performant et compétitif
Atteindre les objectifs de vente fixés par la direction

Actively manage a sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-ups to close opportunities
Maximize each opportunity by increasing the value of every transaction
Deliver an excellent customer experience while maintaining a results-driven approach
Stay informed on products, promotions, and sales strategies to remain competitive and high-performing
Achieve sales targets set by management
