AV-rated, civil litigation firm has an opening in its Tampa office for a construction defect defense attorney. The firm seeks someone with 2+ years of construction defect defense litigation experience and/or 2+ years of commercial litigation experience. This would include the preparation of pleadings and discovery associated with defending a construction defect case/commercial litigation, handling hearings and taking and defending depositions. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling hearings and depositions without extensive supervision. Excellent academic credentials required.
