Responsibilities:
Drafting and negotiating contracts
Advising on project structuring
Indentifying and managing risk
Regulatory compliance
Strategic advisory
Back End Responsibilities:
Advising on disputes
Contract interpretation and enforcement
Security of payment (SOP) claims
Dispute resolution
Litigation
Settlement negotiation
Requirements:
2 + years of experience in Australia in construction law
Admittance to the Supreme Court of any state in Australia or NZ
