15+ years leading operational organizations for Mechanical companies or HVAC
Experience supervising department heads and union-affiliated field leaders
Proven track record of managing operations teams across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and process piping trades
Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills
Financial Acumen
Deep understanding of business financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Ability to analyze financial data and align operations with business financial goals
Ability to drive purchasing for the entire organization
Communication Skills
Exceptional communication skills (oral and written), with the ability to interact at all levels within and outside the organization
Experience building relationships with vendors, clients, and cross-functional teams
Problem-Solving & Strategic Thinking
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities
Ability to flex between strategic planning and tactical execution
Adaptability & Resilience
Ability to manage changing priorities, work under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
