Key responsibilities include leading and coordinating direct site employees, subcontractors, and plant resources, enforcing strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards, and monitoring and upholding construction quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience as a Site Manager in Tier 1 or 2 Contractors
5 years local experience on commercial and multi-residential construction sites
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Extensive knowledge of Australian building regulations, contracts, and WHS requirements
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
