About the role
You'll play a key role in the development, integration, and management of project schedules across some of Aotearoa's most significant property and infrastructure programs. Working closely with clients and project teams, you'll lead the creation and maintenance of robust, data-driven schedules that enable informed decision-making and on-time delivery.
Develop, integrate and maintain detailed project schedules and work breakdown structures (WBS).
Conduct critical path, resource and dependency analysis to optimise project performance.
Collaborate with client and contractor teams to monitor progress, forecast outcomes and identify risk and recovery strategies.
Prepare and present schedule status reports and dashboards for project and executive audiences.
Support project controls and PMO functions through consistent schedule logic, change management and reporting discipline.
Contribute to the advancement of planning and scheduling standards across TSA Riley's New Zealand operations.
About you
Proven experience (7-10 years+) in project planning/programming across property or infrastructure sectors.
Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project , with sound understanding of scheduling methodology and controls principles. May have experience in use of other programme management software packages.
Strong analytical capability and confidence using tools such as Power BI and Power Query for reporting and visualisation.
Experience with winning work and strengthening relationships with existing and prospective is highly regarded.
Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
Tertiary qualifications in construction, engineering or related discipline preferred.
Eligible to work in New Zealand (NZ citizen, resident or visa holder).
