Job Description
Clark Hill PLC is seeking a construction attorney with at least 6 years of construction litigation experience for its construction practice group in our Austin, Beaumont, Collin County, Dallas, Houston, or San Antonio offices . All candidates must have the following experience: trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience; strong advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills. Successful candidates must have excellent analytical skills and be detail-oriented, highly organized, and must possess a solid work ethic. Experience with insurance defense processes is considered a plus.
The salary range at the time of posting is $165,000 - $1+5,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition, Clark Hill offers employees the ability to participate in health insurance with optional HSA/FSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, 401K, vacation, sick time, parking/public transportation allowance, and an employee assistance program.
