Key Responsibilities1. Site Execution & Project Management
• Independently handle multiple project sites across Tamil Nadu and Pan India.
• Execute civil and sports infrastructure works as per approved drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
• Ensure daily site progress, resource planning, and milestone achievement.
• Supervise ground preparation, foundation works, surface installation, and finishing activities.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with engineering standards and quality benchmarks.
• Maintain site documentation including DPRs (Daily Progress Reports), material consumption reports, and site photographs.
2. Procurement & Purchase Coordination
• Coordinate with procurement and purchase teams for timely material planning and delivery.
• Raise material requisitions based on project schedules and BOQ requirements.
• Track material movement and ensure proper storage and utilization at site.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for delivery timelines and quality compliance.
• Assist in vendor evaluation and cost optimization initiatives.
3. Labour & Contractor Management
• Manage site labour teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Plan manpower deployment as per project schedules and workload.
• Monitor labour productivity and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Resolve site-level operational issues and escalate critical concerns to management.
4. Quality & Safety Compliance
• Ensure all works meet company quality standards and technical specifications.
• Conduct quality checks at various execution stages.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with statutory and company safety guidelines.
• Maintain quality checklists, testing reports, and installation compliance documentation.
5. Client & Internal Coordination
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for project execution.
• Attend site meetings and provide project status updates.
• Support Project Managers in milestone tracking and reporting.
• Ensure client satisfaction through timely and quality project delivery.
Eligibility CriteriaEducation
• Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering
Experience
• 5+ years of experience in civil construction / infrastructure / sports infrastructure execution
• Experience in handling multiple sites simultaneously is mandatory
