Deloitte & Touche's Accounting and Reporting Transformation Market Offering helps CFOs, CCOs, controllers, and business unit finance leaders reduce financial reporting risk resulting from changes in statutory reporting requirements,marketvolatility andcorporate actionsorevents, increase thefinancialintegrityandtransparencyof costallocations,enhancetheefficiencyof the“lastmileoffinance,” transformthefinancefunctionandenhancethe value that finance delivers to their business.
Workyou’ll do
Our professionals work with the global Deloitte teams on wide variety of clients, including multinational corporations,investmentbanks,globalfinancialinstitutions,insurancecompanies,energycompanies,and commodity hedgers for the following:
• Assists companies to understand, assess impact, and operationalize complex accounting and reporting changesresultingfromshiftingregulations,newaccountingstandards,andcapitalmarkettransactions.
• ImplementationandoperationalizationofNewAccountingStandards&AccountingPolicies(e.g. new lease and revenue recognition standards)
• AssistingclientswithUSGAAPtoIFRSconversionandvice versa
• Mitigatingreputationalriskandfinancialreportingriskbydeployingexperiencedaccountingand audit personnel to assist in addressing audit and regulatory inquiry or restatement needs.
• Drivingoperational efficiencies in thefinancial closeandreportingprocessthroughproviding efficient,sustainable,andtechnology-enabledsolutionsalignedwithaccountingandfinancial reporting requirements.
• Providingexperiencedfinancialreporting servicestodriveneededfinancialreportingfor regulatory purposes
• Provide transaction-oriented accounting and reporting assistance for mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, complex capital raising and financing structures, complex financial instruments, revenue recognition and leases. Prepare and present accounting whitepapers.
• Providingacombinationofadvisoryservicestoassistcompaniesinmeetingtheaccountingandreporting challenges resulting from business transactions
• Carve-outFinancial Reporting
• IPO Readiness
• PurchaseAccounting& Reporting
• ProFormaFinancialReportingassociatedwithadivestiture,acquisition,IPO,orcapitalraising transaction.
• DayOneReadiness&Process Integration
• Assist with US Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) regulatory filings for both domestic and cross-border transactions.

• ActivelyworkwithglobalDeloitteteamsonpotentialintegrationopportunitiesonvariousaudit support, advisory and firm initiatives

Qualifications
Required:
• Chartered Accountant (CA) or CPA (US) or ACCA (UK)
Strong Accounting & reporting knowledge, good understanding of US GAAP & IFRS
