CFO Advisory provides several solutions catering to the needs of a company's finance function.
The team comprises of professionals experienced in advising clients on complex accounting and financial reporting matters. pre and post deal reporting, structuring and post-merger integration, accounting and reporting for investment funds, capital markets and investor relations, conceptualizing and developing digital enablers for the finance function and developing and delivering training on a range of topics related to financial reporting.
What we need from you –
• Experience of assisting clients with technical accounting advisory, GAAP convergence (local GAAP to US GAAP/IFRS/ Ind AS), Financial Reporting Process Advisory, Capital Market readiness
• Practical knowledge of finance function and financial reporting compliance from a regulatory perspective
• Hands-on experience of working on Fund Accounting, reconciliations, and reporting for investment funds across strategies
• Familiarity with Companies Act, SEBI and related regulatory requirements
• Working knowledge and exposure to MS Office, ERP systems like Oracle, SAP, and Tally
