Create, customise & Implement digital transformation strategies for the travel vertical with the aim of contact elimination, deflection, productivity increment, revenue enablement – for Airlines, OTAs, CTs, Cruises, Hotelsi. using levers such as GenAI based Automation, RPA, Process Reengineering (VSMs, FMEAs, Tool maps, DMOF), Analytics, Digital Training suites, Client consultations.Handle presales for these accounts - Respond to RFPs / RFIs, create proactive pitches
