What will you do?
We are currently looking for a consumer insights manager who will be responsible for gathering & sharing insights that can be used to inform and support decision making. Someone who loves exploring and deep diving into consumers' mindset to plan actionable strategies for the brand.

Responsibilities
-Working with data to help the marketing team sharpen its segmentation and targeting.
-Maintaining and owning brand health studies on a regular basis.
-Inducting and maintaining consumer panels/research for product testing and research/ advertising testing - qualitative and quantitative research
-Partaking in primary and secondary research to help different functions for new category/ market expansion
-Dabbling with listening tools - sentiment analysis, trend-spotting, relaying data back to different functions within marketing. Working with the content team to tap into viral moments for social media.
-Acting as a touchpoint with Sprinklr and ensuring smooth onboarding of the tool and automation. Championing tech tools and their most effective usage
-Carrying out cross-functional campaign analysis. Optimizing, maintaining, and reporting marketing KPIs - market shares - relative/absolute (quarter to quarter), eyeballs - reach and impressions, social media - follower growth, engagement rates, etc.
-Engaging in match market testing, BLS, and CLS with the media planners and ensuring the most effective usage of media monies for the brand team for product launches and marketing campaigns
The job requires someone who can think outside the box and makes impossible things happen
